CUCUMBER CHIA FRESCA

Makes two servings.
I tried this minty summer cooler last week and it’s actually tastes so different and awesome because it not only keeps your body cool but also gives you the necessary omegas (chia seeds) and nutrients
You’ll need-
4 cucumbers .  🥒
½ cup fresh basil  🌿
½ cup fresh mint . 🌿
1 lemon, peel removed    🍋
2 tbsp chia seeds
Water 💦(depending on the desired consistency)
Ice cubes (optional).

Method

1) Process the cucumber, herbs, lemon and ice through the Juicer/Blender
2) Pour into a glass and stir in the chia seeds. Serve with a straw and slice of lime.
3) Enjoy!
