Power-Packed Green Smoothie

POWER-PACKED GREEN SMOOTHIE

Full of antioxidants, boosts your immune system, improves gut health and an amazing breakfast or snack option!

Ingredients:

½ cup Kale or Spinach Leaves

1 scoop Wheatgrass powder (or 1/4th cup fresh wheatgrass juice)

½ cup Berries (Strawberries/Blueberries/Raspberries)

1 scoop Protein Powder (Whey/Vegan)- OPTIONAL

1 glass Water

1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds & Flax Seeds

Crushed ice (OPTIONAL)

Directions:

Blend all the above ingredients together in a blender for 1 minute

Garnish with a few sesame seeds and serve chilled!
