How We Work
There is no “one” diet plan that suits all. However similar we humans might be, we are still so different. Thus, all our meal plans are personalized and custom-made as per your dietary preferences, lifestyle, fitness goals, medical history and of course, your taste buds.
At FitnFab, we follow a very simple balanced meal plan approach wherein you will be consuming all food groups (carbohydrates, proteins, fats) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals) in the required quantities. We do not believe in diets that completely eliminate any major food group.
We do not believe in coaching for weight loss through FAD diets or anything that is unsustainable and can’t be followed lifelong.
Apart from weight management, you will be seeing a lot of non-scale wins like improved gut (digestive) health, better skin & hair, inch loss, etc. which will be achieved in a very healthy and holistic manner.
We coach you for a lifestyle change and Dr. Reema will be personally guiding you at every step.

45 minute Case Discussion Call with Dr. Reema
(During this call- your medical history, current lifestyle, current eating habits, daily routine, other issues faced by you, etc. will be discussed in thorough detail. Based on this call, Dr. Reema will be designing your meal plan.)

Receive your customised meal plan (via email) within 2 business days of above call
(All instructions, guidelines, check-in schedule pertaining to the chosen programme will be shared via email)

Periodic follow ups with Dr. Reema & Team every 3rd day
(We strongly believe that accountability is important and we are with you every step of the way. As part of the 1:1 personalised programme, you will also be gaining direct WhatsApp support with Dr. Reema during business hours.)
Step:- VI
1:1 Client calls with Dr. Reema every alternate week
(During this check-in call, Dr. Reema will be addressing your queries; discussing your progress, non-scale victories, struggle areas, and providing nutrition & lifestyle counselling. Based on these updates- your plan will be revised & customised further.)

When my gynecologist examined me, she told me that I have developed small cysts in my ovaries (pcos) & I might not be able to conceive.

Dr. Reema gave me very easy-to-follow diet plans. During the three months of consultation, I never felt like I was starved or was killing my appetite on purpose to minimize food intake. In fact, sometimes I felt that there was a lot of food to be consumed and asked Reema to reduce it.

Honestly, I was very doubtful to begin a weight loss journey online. As I didn't believe it would actually work for me, following through a plan consistently without meeting in-person. And then I found FitnFab account on instagram where I met Dr. Reema and she cleared all my doubts, I felt confident to begin my journey with her.
