At FitnFab, we follow a very simple balanced meal plan approach wherein you will be consuming all food groups (carbohydrates, proteins, fats) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals) in the required quantities. We do not believe in diets that completely eliminate any major food group.
We do not believe in coaching for weight loss through FAD diets or anything that is unsustainable and can’t be followed lifelong.
Apart from weight management, you will be seeing a lot of non-scale wins like improved gut (digestive) health, better skin & hair, inch loss, etc. which will be achieved in a very healthy and holistic manner.
